SYDNEY, August 31. Four other members of the I.W.W. were arrested with Barker. The Coal Board has recommended the fixing of the price for large coal f.o.b. at Newcastle at 20s, and for small coal 15s.

In the House of Representatives the War Profits Bill was considered. Sir John Forrest announced that businesses would not 1 3 taxed unless their profits exceeded £1000. Professions are excluded.
