PEACE OFFER REJECTED
AMSTERDAM, August 29. Vorwaerts quotes Kerensky as saying that Russia, a few days ago, rejected Germany's fresh offer :f peace, and asks Dv. Michaelis for a prompt explanation. The paper ."dds: Germany wants a general peace, but the Reichstag resolution has : >:een marred by secret paece offers, the refusal of which is a moral defeat for Germany.
