SECOND DIVISION HESITATING.
AUCKLAND, August 29
The Citizens War Loan Committee sent the following telegram to Sir Joseph Ward: "Men liable for service in the Second Division are hesitating to assume pliability for the War Loan. Can you provide for the re-purchase from bona fide soldiers requiring help the bonds they may apply for now. Some provision is very important. An immediate pronouncement is desired."
