5 AUCKLAND, August 20. At the Supreme Court, Mr Justice Stringer fined William Gordon £200 for perjury in a civil case in the Magistrate's Court in which the defendant was sued for the sum of j>2s.
AUCKLAND, August 20. At the. Police Court, Wong Doo, a Chinese storekeeper, was charged with being the occupier of premises uaed as a. common gaming-house. He was fined 575 and costs.
