GOVERNMENT TO BE CHALLENGED.

IJ; is expected that the Government will forthwith be challenged in the Hbuse of commons upon the refusal of passports to Labour.
The Executive of Labour has issued a report that to-day's meeting passed a vote of confidence M Mr Henderson and reviewed the entire situation, together with a, telegram from M. Huysmans and M> Brantiig saying they still considered it important that the Entente case should be presented, the executive teB>lved that it is desirable to attend the Stockholm Conference to prevent the British Labour Party's views being misrepresented and misunderstood, and regretted the refusal of passports. It was decided to make representations to the Government On the matter. The executive appointed eight delegates, including Mr Henderson.
