Received Aug- st 16, 5.20 p.m. AMSTERDAM, August 15. The "Vorwaerts" aays Mr. Henderson's resignation is the prelude to the downfall of Mr. Lloyd George's Cabinet. The French, Russian and British Governments are shaking dangerously. Nevertheless, it warns the Germans against nursing the hope that an Entente crisis will lead to peace.
