CHINA'S ENTRY.
SEIZURE OF AUSTRIAN SHIP-
PING.
Received August 16, 5.20 p.m. SHANGHAI, Aug. 15. China has taken \ over three Austrian merchantmen in harbour. There were no disturbances and the vessels were undamaged. Hitherto 18,000 tons of Au&tro-German shipping have been seized.
