Messrs 0. L. Duigan and Co. ? registered sharebrokers. are authorised to receive applications for stock or bonds under the above loan. The price of issue has been fixed at par, rate of interest A\ per cent free of New Zealand income tax. Stock will be issued for £100 or any multiple in excess of this sum. Bonds will be issued in denominations of £100 and more. Full particulars 'may be obtained on application to Messrs. Duigsm and Co.
