BERNE, Aug. 14. Hunger and typhus are scouring many p^ts o f Germany. There were 6(JO oases and 54 deaths at Mannheim A disease is severely afflicting Cologne, Karlsruhe, and Mulhausen. The authorities diagnose it as dysentery, and are ordering night burials in order to quell the panic
