MACKENSEN HEAVILY REINFORCED.
PREPARING AN OVERWHELMING BLOW.
(United Service.) Received August 14, 7.15 p.m. LONDON, August 13. Marcel Hutin states, that fourteen new German divisions, nine AustroHungarian divisions and four TurcoBulgarian divisions, have reinforced Mackensen, who intends an overwhelming battering-ram blow.
