A WATERSIDER'S DEATH.

(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Aug. 14. A waterside worker named Robert Henderson fell into the harbour, and died from shock, early this morning. He was attending, to the lines of a hulk, and in order to facilitate the operation apparently climbed up on the railing, a sudden gust of wind causing him to overbalance. Another watersider, with a rope, hauled the insensible man on to the hulk. After firstaid had been rendered, Henderson regained, consciousness, and was able to say he was all right. However, early this morning he took a turn for the worse, and was taken to the Hospital. The authorities pronounced life extinct and said the man was probably dead when he was taken into the ambulance.
