TWO SUPER-FEATURES AT EVERYBODY'S TO-DAY.

One of the best of many recent good programmes had its initial screenings at Everybody's yesterday, beifore large and appreciative audiences. The star picture, "The Barricade," certainly lias all the features which should assure its success. The acting is excellent, with Mabel Taliaferro at the head of a capable company of players. Miss Tahaferro lias piayed sweet, ingenious roles, such as Prue in "The Sunbeam,'' and " the little old jyoung lady" in God's Half Acre," and similar sympathetic roles. But being an actress of great; versatility, she welcomes the opportunity to play Hope Merrill in "The Barricade," the girl who deliberately' goes to work to ruin the fortunes of her husband, a Wail Street millionaire in the mistaken belief that he has driven her father to the wall. The filmic adaptation, that of "The Spoilers," Res Beach's great Alaskan romance, can be easily ranked as one ot the most successful and satisfying films seen here for some time. Selig Company, the producers, have caught the atmosphere of the story. The patrons present were transported to Alaska to live again 'the wild surging life of the goldfields .as it was away back in the eightees. Several good films are also shown.

DRUIDS' EUCHRE AND DANCE

Owing to several requests to hold these .euchre tournaments every Tuesday, the committee have decided to do so. Starting from to-night, euchre at 7.30, supper at 9.30. Dancing until midnight.
