KING AND QUEEN GO TO RUSSIA
Received 1-10 a.m., Aug. 14. LONDON, Aug. 13. 'Mackensen's driving back the Roumanians to Marasesti threatens to cut off the retreat of the Roumanians who are fighting at Mona, and so enable the invaders to secure the grain crops in Eastern Moldavia.
The King and the Government have quitted Jassy for Russia.
