WELLINGTON, Aug. 13. At the Supreme Court, William Reynolds, a returned soldier, was charged with,, on May 30th, striking Bertie Parker and causing his death,-thereby committing the crime of manslaughter. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty, and the accused was discharged.
