"IN pursuance of the provisions of tha ■*- Counties Act, 1908, as amended by Sections 5 to 12 of the Counties Amendment Act, 1913, 1 hereby give public notice that the Electoral Rolls for t/ho several Ridings of the Waitotara County have been deposited for inspection at the following places, from July 27th to August 15th,* 1917, viz., at the Office of the Council, 112 Ridgway Street, Wanganui, and a copy of the Roll lor each Riding at the following places:— BRUNSWICK RIDING. At the Post Office, Brunswick Store. WAITOTaRA RIDING. At Mr H. P. Mills' Store. Maxwell-] town. WESTMERE RIDING. At the Post Office, Westmere. TOKOMARU RIDING. At the Post Office, Brunswick. And at the Post Office, Te Tuhi. Any person may, on or before August 22nd, lodge with the Council objections to any omissons or wrong entries in the Rolls, and the Council may inquire into and dispose of such objections. The Council is empowered to amend the Rolls from time to time by adding or removing any names, in compliance J with the Counties Amendment Act 1913, The Roll will come into force on the first Wednesday in October, and Shall be the Roll (subject to legal alterations) until the next Roll comes into force.
