Received 5.5 p.m., Aug 12 \r v, LONDON, Aug. 12/ Mr G Roberts, M.P.. considered the btockholm Conference was ' calculated to injure Kerensky's Government and sow dissensions. After rejection of the amendment the Conference adopted thr> main resolution by 1,546,000 to 550,000" The terms of this resolution making the Conference _ not mandatory, will deprive the Stockholm gathering of the importance once assigned to it.
