SENSATIONAL DISCLOSURES.

ATHENS, August 10
The Finance Minister made sensational revelations in the Chamber, in which he showed that Skouloudis and Gounaris contracted a German loan of eighty million marks in 1916 through the National Bank of Greece. The first instalment of forty million was paid simultaneously with, the surrender of Fort Rupel.- The Lambros Cabinet early in 1917 contracted a German loan of forty million marks but the blockade prevented its completion.
