ROUMANIANS RE-CROSS THE
SUSITA.

LONDON, August 11
Russian official.—We repelled attacks in the Sereth and Suchava valleys.
There were stubborn battles southwest of Okna. The Roumanians were forced to retire five versts.
The enemy developed an offensive west of Focsani-Mereshestchi railway and compelled us to retire across the Suchitza.
v We repelled attacks eastward of the railway. A battle is progressing; Counter-attacks last evening enabled us to re-cross in places on the south bank of the Susita.
