FURTHER ENEMY ATTACKS BROKEN.
Received August 12, 11.30 pm. LONDON, August 11. French communique.— There is lively artillery fire in Belgium. A German attack on Faget, north of St. Quentin was broken. Artillery fire in Champagne has slackened. A German attack on Mouthaut and Monblond was repulsed.
