TO FULLY CO-OPERATE WITH ALLIES.
WASHINGTON, April 9. The Uniited States has decided to work in full harmony with the Allies. A preliminary step may be to shut off American ooal from the Argentine ?f Argentina persists in the wheat embargo.
A meeting of the War Council is to be held, at which the Uniited States, Britain, and France will be represented, to discuss plans on the basis of the fullest co-operaision.
