PETROGRAD, April 8. i Delegates from the first army, the j Black Sea fleet, aud the Sevastopol garrison have presented a resolution to the Duma portesting against interference by the Council of Workmen and -Soldiers with military affairs, and, thus causing misunderstandings regarding tho allegiance due to th e Provincial Government.
The resolution claims that only great battles a month hence will decide whether Russia will be free or crushed. M. Rod/ianko replied that all must rally to the Provincial Government to secure victory. Let the reverse on the Stokhod be a warning to all citizens to work- There had been enough dissensions when the country was in danger. PETRGGRAD, April 8. M. Kerensky visited the palace of Czar Nicholas and family, who informed him that they had no cause of complaint.
Vyrubova, Rasputin's mistress, and the evil genius at court, has been lodged in a fortress.
