SERIOUS RIOTS AT DUSSELDORF.
AMSTERDAM, April 8. There was serious rioting ;'■ ■Dusseldorf on Monday. The military were called out, but many of the s-idiers refused to fire on the people. Those refusing were shot by their officers. Two hundred soldiers and civilians were killed.
