(Per Press Association.) WESTPOIIT, April 9. lliere are no new developments concerning the strike at the mines. Th.c Easter holidays a.re usually taken on Monday and Tuesday, so it may not be known until Wednesday whether riie miners, or a section of them, intend to resume work. It is understood a meeting will fte held at Denniston tomorrow morning, but its purpose is not disclosed. It is suggested it may bo. to review the decision previously arriv-* ed at to cease work. The miners wish it> to be understood that their decisom is purely anti-conscription.
