A SERIOUS SITUATION,

LONDON, April 9
The "Daily Mail" says the internal condition of Austro-Hungary was illuminated by the. trial of Dr. Kr'anz lor corruption ant speculation in army stores. He was heavily fined. This blow to public confidence was increased by the arrest of five Prague bankers on a charge of treascn. Prince Odescalchi suicided owing to imminent charges, of corruption. . The value of the kionen has fallen to half.
