BER.NE, Nov. 26. The enemy Ministers expelled from.' Athens were welcomed with great enthusiasm at Sofia. According to the "Idea Nazionale," the Austrian Minister stated that King Constantino wept when f arewelling him. The German Minister told ths representative of the newspaper "TJrtos'' that King Constantino greeted him at the farewell audience with the words, "We shall meet again soon.'?
