LONDON, November 24. . Mr Massey visited the Belfast shipj'ards. The- Lord Mayor, at a luncheon, proposed the health of Mr Massey,, who he said had told him that the proportion of New Zealanders fighting equalled Ulster's quotaMr Massey said he believed the Dominion would be able to send 100,000 men.
