The Admiralty hjas no further news of the steamer Rappahannock, which Berlin reported was sunk on November Bth. Unless|.the crew of 37 were taken aboard the submarine or transferred to some other vessel, of which there is.no indication, there can be no hope for their safety. Ifthe. crew were forced to take to the boats so far from land and in bad* weather Germany is again guilty of constructive murder on the high seas.
