WAITING FOR EACTS.
WASHINGTON, Oct. 12. After two days' conference President Wilson and Mr Lansing agree that Germany has kept her pledges, though the announcement of a final decision is withheld until all the facts are in the President's hands. His advisers, however, are fearful as to the immediate future, being convinced that the making of the American coast a war zone must bring grave complications with Germany. In the opinion of the President's personal advisers and experts, the State Department is now testing President Wilson's temper.
