INDIGNATION IN HOLLAND.

The Germans are applying the Lille slave methods to Belgium, where married women applying for relief are ordered to be deported to Holland and Switzerland. Men are forbidden to leave. There i<= intense indignation in Holland, where the people are already exasperated by the impending arrival of hundreds of German children on the plea of holidaying on the Zuyder Zee.
