NO DISASTER, BUT A VICTORY.
A distinguished Admiral, interviewed, said :—"This was the most brilliant naval action of the war, Admiral Beatty, with four capital ships, taking on twenty-seven of the enemy's ships, and driving them back to port. It has been no disaster, but it has been a victory."
Admiral Beatty and Mr. WinsflJn Churchill both claim that the action was a victory.
