DEATH IN A DOORWAY.
GISBORNE, Mar. 23. The body of a middle-aged man whicH was found in a doorway near a building in the coure eof construction, has been! identified as that of W. Jones, an immigrant who arrivedl from England in September last. He had been working in the country, and had sine© been drink-
ing about the town. He spent the night out in a storm. The Coroner returned a verdict that death was due to pleurisy.
