GREYMOUTH, March 20. Hon. W. F. Massey addressed a very large and enthusiastic audience at the Town Hall to-night. Long before the commencement the hall was crowded. His Worship the Mayor occupied the chair and asked for a fair and impartial -hearing;. One prominent "Red Fed," who was repeatedly interrupting, was at this stage ejected by the police. Mr. Massey spoke for about 2 hours on the important matters of the session, the principal of ■which was the naval question. Dealing with Mr. Winston Churchill's speech on the Anglo^Japanese alliance, the Premier said he did not concur with the ideas put forward, and said they would not look for protection from Japanese boats and men. Ot the conclusion of a brilliant address, a vote of thanks for the address, and confidence in the party was accorded.
