ALLEGED MURDER.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, February. IS. John Alfred Tucker appeared in. the Magistrate's Court to-day charged with wilfully murdering John Henry Gallagher, who died as the result ot_ a blow struck during a street row-last baturdav evening. Evidence was given as to a disagreement in an hotel bar and an adjournment to the street where deceased struck at accused, who hit back a * d Gallagher fell. Deceased was^runk but Tucker was sober Ine tiutnw bearing was adjourned-till Friday.
