LONDON'S TIED PUBLIC HOUSES.
LONDON, Dec. 11. Evidence in the Appeal Court showed that 93 per cent of the seven thousand public-houses in London are tied. Beer is sold to the tied houses at a discount of 5 per cent, while the free house discount is 20 per cent.
