At the Supreme Court, Frank Stew,a:rt, for false pretences '.and fraud; was admitted to probation, and ordered to come up for sentence on a second charge. Archie William Taylor, for housebreaking and theft, was ordered to come up for sentence on December 19. Meantime he was at liberty to leave the country;
