BOY SCOUT AND EDUCATION.
LONDON, September 12. At the British Association, Principal Griffiths, criticising the education system of, England and Wales, eulogised the boy scout movement. He regretted that the political system did not allow the appointment of General BadenPowell as Minister of Education with plenary powers for the next decade.
