EXCITEMENT IN LISBON.
MONARCHISTS ARRESTED

LISBON, September 13
Great excitement has been caused by the axrest of five conspirators and a package containing the Monarchists' gift to King Manuel. They have been detained. The people expected the prisoners to be examined publicly,- and when the Customs refused there was a violent uproar, necessitating the military and the police.
