RESTRICTING THE UNFIT
Mr J. O. Thompson (Wallace) struck an advanced note this afternoon when he gave notice to ask pf the Government would introduce legislation to prevent the marriage of the unfit. In support he instanced legislation passed in the State of North Dakota to prevent the marriage of people unfit because of tuberculosis and other diseases.
