A NEW TOAST.
Received 10-55 p.m., July. 15. LONDON, July 15.
The King, in a letter thanking Lord Derby for arrangements in the tour of Lancashire, said he hoped the visit would bring the Sovereigns nearer the hearts of the people. They would ever regard the title of Duke of Lancaster, ivhereof he was the proud bearer, as tho symbol of the real homely station strengthening tho bonds between tho Sovereign. He desired when his health hereafter was drunk in Lancashire that the toast be, "The Duke of Lancaster."
