Walter Thomas Miles and William Albert Murray wore committed for trial on a charge of-mß«.au.ltinrr one- Willinm Boresford and robbing him of a small sum of."money.- It.was alleged that tho affair took place, at mid-day, wh*>n one man followed up ia request for a cigarette by seizing Boresford's arms whita tho other wont through his pockets. Beresford called put, but received a severe blow in the face. I
