The "Daily Chronicle" publishes an, interview with an English lady working im the Red Orescent Mission, at Sofia. . She gives a- terrible taoopunt of th« treatment of the Turkish, sick and wounded soldtiers. They -were left foodlfcss, firefless, waterless and shelterless. They fed themselves by, gnawing bark. Many died before-the American missionaries provided a, little soup.lt was a terrible spectacle to see starving wen trampling, one ' another to secure a share.:/ •■•■
