CETTINJE, April 29. Prince Danilo bas returned and presented King Nicholas with the key of Scutari in tha presence of an enthusiastic crowd.
The authorities are restoring order in Scutari: The sanitary condition is
gscd ,and disease is not .prevalent.- • The civilians' suffered greatly from lack of food, and children were dying in tlio streets.
