Reports from Cincinnati state that the cloudburst turned the Ohio River tributaries into raging torrents. The water is many feet deep in the Dayion streets. ; ~ Thousands are homeless in Ohio and Indiana. Bridges were carried off tana whole areas of farming country are inundated.

INDIANAPOLIS, Mar. 25. Thirty feet of water covers thestireets of Dayton, Ohio. Th© city is in darkness. * Scores of lives are reported to have been lost. The water is still rißn;g and all communications are cut off.
