VIENNA, March 2. It is reported that the Young Turks have discovered a conspiracy to dethrone the Sultan "and proclaim Prince Nahideddiri. The coup d'etat was arranged for the moment when an outcry was raised against the present proposal to surrender Adrianople. Simultaneously the Arabs intended to proclaim an Arabian Khalifate, with headquarters 'at- Mecca. Prince Sabaheddin, the Sultan's nephew, was leading the conspiracy..
