CAPETOWN, Dec. 15. Viscount Gladstone has accepted General Botha's resignation, and. invited him to form a new Ministry.

Mr Leuchars has resigned. General Botha and the Hon. F. M. B. Hertzog are protagonists of the iwiarring section. Mr Hertzog commands olbout 20 followers.
