The singles played to date have resulted : Howarth 33 beat Wilding 9; Atkinson 35, beatTJ. L. Stevenson 10; Collins 18. beat A. Thomson 11; Towsey 21, beat Cohen~?6, with one head to play, and the same player also beat Hoggard by 16 to 14. Towsey's return to fprm is a matter for great satisfaction to club members. The second round of the club full- rinks will be played on Saturday.
