. Evidence, of a sensational character continues to be given at the trial at Agra of Mr. Clark, or the Medical Department at Allahabad, Mrs. Fulham, and a natice servant named Budhu. who are charged with having murdered Mrs Clark.
A statement was read, wnich was mada .by Mrs. Fulham, to the effect that sba believed that Clark possessed I—pnotic power, and that he made her husband and' "Herself do whatever he wished. He -won her affection complete, ly, and she became a mere tool in his hands. On arrival at Agra her husband was taken ill. and", tifter a short time, Clark gave hen husband several injections. Before the dieafxT of Mrs. Clark, Clark spoke-of doing away with his wife. Witness knew that on the night of the murder ,Budhu was instructed to keep the dog quiet, and that he was to point out Mrs. Clark to two men who wane commissioned to strangle her without leaving fingerprints or bloodstains. * i» ',■.
