Arthur Wilks, fireman on the liner Paparoa, wias arncistted on iSaturdiay afternoon for aHeged cargo broaching, a roll of high-class waterproof tweed, valued at £10 being found in the accused's possession. It is reponted that a case containing the tweed was broken open and the material to the value of about £50 is said to be massing.
