If you want interesting reading jiist turn back to page -2, and inwardly digest Gibsons and Paterson's long and interesting advertisement of Christmas presents for man, woman, tboy and girl —everything is priced, and it is surprising the list of useful presents they have in their large store. The windows are just full of useful Christmas gifts.
Gibsons and Paterson are holding a cookery exhibition on the Perfection Oil Stoves on Tuesday and Wednesday next, when afternoon tea will be provided free. These stores only cost a halfpenny per hour per burner. No labour, no dirt, no wood-chopping, no fuss. Grand thing for hot summer weather.
