FAILURE OF N.S.W. LOAN
United Press- Association. —Copyright.) SYDNEY, December 13. Mr Cann has received a report from the Hon. T. A: Coghlan. Asenfc.General, as to the partial failure of the recent three million loan. Only half the amount was available after it avas (believed to have (been floated. Mr Coghlan thought the money available, and is unable to offer any reason why negotiations were suddenly declared off by the Lo ndon-Westminster Bank. The * Government are negotiating for a further loan, the amount of which exeeeds one and a half million.
